What we collect
Name, phone, email, city, and shop name you give us.
Work data: years in HVAC, certs (EPA, NATE), license notes, role, pay target, start date, zips.
Shop data: trucks, plan, intake answers, payment status once billing is live.
Messages you send us, including voice notes.
Basic site logs (IP, pages) from our host.
What we do with it
Screen HVAC technicians and introduce them to Orlando shops that are on a plan.
Run the monthly subscription and support.
Text or call you about roles or hiring you asked about.
Keep records we need for the contract tail and disputes.
What we do not do
We do not sell your phone number.
We do not blast a tech to every shop without a reason to introduce them.
We are not a consumer reporting agency and we do not sell background checks.
Sharing
We share a short profile with a shop when there is a fit. We use vendors who help us operate (hosting, email, SMS such as Twilio, payments such as Stripe when live). We share if the law requires it.
Retention
We keep candidate and shop records as long as we run the business and as long as the introduction tail may apply, then as needed for legal or tax reasons.

Security
We use reasonable measures. No method of storage is perfect.

This service is for adults in the trades and for businesses. We do not target children.
